Who these terms apply to

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the A TO Z Driving School website, contact the school, send a lesson enquiry, arrange a lesson package or ask about a gift lesson through the website.

By using the website or sending a lesson enquiry, you agree to use the service fairly, provide accurate information and follow the practical lesson-arrangement requirements for learner drivers.

Manual driving lessons only

A TO Z Driving School provides manual driving lessons only. Automatic driving lessons are not currently offered through this website.

Lesson availability may depend on instructor schedule, pickup location, traffic conditions and practical coverage areas around Dublin 15 and nearby areas.

Lesson enquiries and lesson times

Lesson times should be agreed directly with A TO Z Driving School by phone, WhatsApp, email or another agreed communication method.

Learners should arrive on time and be ready for the lesson. If you are late, the lesson may still finish at the original agreed time depending on instructor availability.

Learner responsibility

Learners are responsible for holding a valid learner permit or licence where required, following road safety rules and informing the instructor about any issue that may affect their ability to drive safely.

The instructor may refuse or stop a lesson if there is a safety concern, unsuitable behaviour, suspected impairment or any situation that could put the learner, instructor or public at risk.

Service areas and pickup locations

A TO Z Driving School mainly covers Dublin 15 and nearby areas. Pickup and lesson routes should be agreed in advance.

Areas outside the practical coverage area may not be available. If your location is not suitable, the instructor may suggest an alternative meeting point where possible.

Lesson enquiries, packages and gift lessons

Prices shown on the website are for the lesson packages listed at the time of enquiry. A TO Z Driving School may update prices or package details when needed.

Lesson enquiries submitted through the website are linked to the lesson option selected, such as a 1 hour lesson, 6 lesson package, 12 lesson package or gift lesson. Please check the package details before submitting your enquiry.

Gift lessons

Gift lesson details, recipient name, recipient email and any custom message should be entered accurately. The purchaser is responsible for making sure the recipient details are correct.

Gift lessons are intended for learner driving lesson use with A TO Z Driving School and are subject to instructor availability, service area coverage and normal lesson arrangements.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to change or cancel a lesson, you should contact the instructor as early as possible. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows or last-minute changes may affect future availability.

If A TO Z Driving School needs to change a lesson due to illness, vehicle issue, unsafe weather, traffic disruption or another practical reason, a new time will be arranged where possible.

Driving test results

Driving lessons, EDT support and pre-test lessons are designed to help learners improve skill, confidence and preparation. However, no driving school can guarantee a pass result.

The final driving test result depends on the learner’s ability, preparation, road conditions, test-day performance and RSA examiner assessment.

Reviews and testimonials

The website may display Google reviews or learner testimonials. Reviews reflect individual experiences and may not guarantee the same result for every learner.

A TO Z Driving School may update, remove or organise testimonial content where necessary for accuracy, formatting or website presentation.

Website content is provided for general information about driving lessons, pricing, road signs, FAQs and learner support. It should not replace official RSA guidance, legal rules or instructor advice during a lesson.
