Do not overtake where your view is restricted, such as at a bend, junction, brow of a hill, humpback bridge, continuous white line, or anywhere overtaking would be unsafe.

Who must you stop for?
You must stop when directed by a Garda, a school warden, or another authorised person controlling traffic.
